Reynard House, Leicester

Located a stones throw from the Demontford University campus, we took a dilapidated and very tired office building and converted into a stunning halls of residence housing 282 high quality modern en-suite rooms. The project involved structural upgrading to the existing building, two vertical roof extensions and extensive side extensions, all on a tight city centre site. The end result has created a high quality architectural building with industry leading facilities such as gym, welness spa, communal study spaces as well as an external central courtyard basketball court.
