New build student residence creating 180 high quality rooms

Located in the heart of Exeter city centre and within easy reach of the prestigious Exeter University, Walnut Gardens involved the new build construction of 180 high quality en-suite student rooms with basement amenity space including gym, wellness spa, communal study space and extensive external gardens.  

The project was completed within a 12 month cycle and was expertly delivered in the most constrained of sites nestled on top of a cliff in Exeter city centre.
